Set your preferences
Open Upload Settings to add a password, change the download mode, or adjust region. Free users get automatic settings that just work.
Share the download link
After upload completes, you get a link and a QR code. Copy the link, share it, or scan the QR. Recipients download directly from the link.
Track and manage
With a free account, you get a dashboard to see all your uploads, download counts, and expiry dates. Delete files early or extend their life.

No file size limit
Upload files of any size on any plan. A 50 MB document or a 200 GB video. No compression, no quality loss. Chunked parallel uploads handle large files reliably.
Password protection
Lock any upload with a password. Recipients must enter it before they can see or download anything. Available on every plan, including free.
One-time downloads
Create links that work exactly once. After someone downloads, the link stops working and the file is deleted. Good for contracts, credentials, or anything sensitive.
Download statistics
See how many times your files were downloaded, when, and from which countries. Available on all plans including free accounts.
Custom expiry
Pro users can choose exactly how long files stay available, from 1 hour up to 30 days. Free accounts get an automatic 7-day window.
Extend file expiry
Files about to expire? Extend them by 24 hours, 3 days, or 7 days. Available on every download page.
Custom branding
Pro users can add their brand name, color, logo, and welcome message to download pages. Pick from 4 branded templates: Default, Minimal, Professional, or Creative.
Receive pages
Pro users get a personal URL (easyfileupload.io/u/your-brand) where clients and collaborators can upload files directly to you. Every received file lands in your inbox.
API access
Pro users can generate API keys and upload files programmatically. Build file sharing into your own apps or workflows.

Credits
Credits are a flexible currency that lets you extend files, buy more storage, and gift upgrades to friends. They're separate from your subscription plan.

Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you spend them.
Can I buy credits?
Yes, from the Credits page you can purchase packs. Earned credits and purchased credits share a single balance.
Do credits work if I cancel Pro?
Yes, your credits remain and can still be used to extend files or buy storage even on the Free plan.
